Terms and Conditions

IMPRINT

All prices quoted include an imprint in one colour in one position unless otherwise stated. Whilst every effort is made to match print colours to your requirements, due to the variety of both materials and material colours used in our products, we are unable to guarantee that this will always be possible.

ORIGINATION

Origination costs are £44 per colour per position.
Exceptions :- for Permavision or for imprints on articles AT610, AT910, MP3 and TB1 only 1 origination charge of £44 per position whatever the number of colours from 1 to 4.

NUETRAL MERCHANDISE

We indicate for each product the minimum quantity available wihout imprint and all quantities less than the minimum indicated will be invoiced at the quantity with imprint.

QUANTITIES

We reserve the right to deliver and invoice 5% more or less than the quantity ordered, and 10% more or less with all ceramics.

PRODUCTS

The visuals of the products illustrated in the printed brochure and on our web site are not binding. We reserve the right to modify any product illustrated without notice. No liability will be accepted for any variations in colours or finish. All products are illustrated actual size in the colour brochure, this may vary on the web site. Where possible weights and dimensions will be given in the product information.

CARRIAGE & DELIVERY

Delivery to one UK address is free of charge unless otherwise stated in your written quotation. Every effort will be made to deliver on time, but any delivery date specified is a best estimate and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in delivering goods. Normally goods will be despatched within 15/20 working days. Special rush orders can be arranged with a £20 surcharge providing it is agreed with our customer service department.

SAMPLES

Samples can be supplied at cost plus postage and packing.

COMPLAINTS

Any discrepancies in quantities and quality must be notified in writing within seven days of despatch otherwise we cannot accept any responsibility. We do not accept the return of any merchandise that has not been imprinted by us.

PRICES

All prices exclude V.A.T. and are applied in relation to the quantity ordered. For larger orders, please do not hesitate to contact us fo a price.

PAYMENT TERMS

 All goods shall remain the property of Avanti Promotions until paid for in full. With all new customers a 50% deposit is required of the total invoice, with the balance payable upon delivery, thereafter all accounts are payable 30 days from the date of invoice. Interest will be charged on all overdue accounts.
 Any accounts not settled by the due date will be subject to a late payment charge under the revised Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act of 1998 plus interest at 4% above base rate.

QUOTATIONS

Upon receipt of an enquiry we will provide you with a written quote. This is valid for one month from the date given.

ART WORK

Art work may be supplied as hard copy in black and white or in the following formats; Freehand, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, by e-mail, floppy disc, CD or ZIP. Where art work is sent by e-mail a hard copy is also required to avoid any electronic errors. The actual imprint size will be as stated in the brochure or on the website. We can produce art work for you, please call for details. A proof will be issued and must be signed before any printing commences.

The products featured in our colour brochure and on our website have not necessarily been supplied to or endorsed by the companies who's names and logos have been used. The printing of such is a guide to the position and printing effect only and are in no way to be considered as a trademark abuse.
